Sacred Rest: A Women’s Catholic Retreat

Come away and rest awhile (cf. Mk 6:31).

This retreat is an invitation for women to step out of the busyness of daily life and enter into the stillness of God’s presence. Rooted in Catholic tradition, it offers a time of renewal for body, mind, and soul through restful opportunities, prayer, silence, and community.

Guided by Scripture and the wisdom of the saints, participants will experience:

  • Holy Rest – unhurried time for prayer, reflection, and simply resting in the Lord through many different opportunities.

  • Sacramental Grace – the opportunity for Mass and the reception of the sacrament of confession.

  • Sacred Silence – quiet spaces to listen for God’s gentle voice.

  • Community & Sisterhood – sharing faith and encouragement with other women on the journey.

  • Movement and Prayer - experience the sacred rest of SoulCore, a prayerful opportunity to glorify God with the whole body.

Whether you are weary, seeking clarity, or longing to deepen your relationship with Jesus, this retreat is a chance to rest in His Sacred Heart and rediscover the peace that only He can give.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
